Richard J. Wilhelm
Richard Wilhelm has over 20 years of intelligence, security and policy experience. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Group Leader of U.S. Intelligence at Booz Allen from 1998 to 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Wilhelm served at The White House as Executive Director of the U.S. Intelligence Community from 1996 to 1998 and as Senior Policy Advisor to Vice President Al Gore from 1994 to 1996. He was also the Director of Information Warfare of the National Security Agency. He has served on the board of directors for Syracuse University Maxwell School and NAVSTAR. Mr. Wilhelm has a BA in Russian studies from Syracuse University.
